Once upon a time, a young, handsome, Italian……if only….

Paul Serafin, owner and franchisor realised there was a need for a restaurant that combines freshly made to order, high quality subs and sandwiches with barista coffee in a setting where customers can dine and socialise with friends.

And so STAX was born.

In 2004, three restaurants were opened in Adelaide CBD, two in Flinders Street and another in Waymouth Street.

Popularity for STAX subs and coffees quickly grew. In fact, in 2010 we opened our fourth store, on the south side of King William St.

The King William restaurant launched the new STAX brand and the new specialty sub and wrap menu.
